TotalEnergies Marketing Puerto Rico Announces New Savings for Consumers at Bonjour Convenience Stores

San Juan, April 2, 2022 – Bonjour convenience stores, located in the TotalEnergies network of fuel stations, will have their own catalog of discounts starting this month. It contains unique promotions that can only be redeemed at the 70 Bonjour convenience stores around Puerto Rico.

During each season (four times a year), TotalEnergies will publish the new discount catalog and it will be available in Bonjour stores so that customers can benefit. Discount coupons will be valid for six weeks. According to an X-ray of the consumer conducted by Nielsen in 2020, it is estimated that 73% of consumers prefer discount catalogs or "shoppers" as the favorite tool for Puerto Ricans when it comes to saving.

The same study states that 86% of consumers indicated that a key factor in the purchase decision is the price and 78% of them look for promotions and offers at the time of making the purchase. Aware of this, in addition to providing a product of necessity such as fuel, TotalEnergies and its affiliated Bonjour stores have sought to provide purchasing options and savings for consumers.

"TotalEnergies continues to provide alternatives for consumers in Puerto Rico. We recently announced our rewards alliance through an alliance with Gustazos and now, we make available a catalog of savings that will also benefit our consumers," said Juan José Raga, general manager of TotalEnergies Puerto Rico.

Puerto Rican consumers go to convenience stores like Bonjour to make their purchases of basic basket products, such as milk, bread, and snacks.
