Long-term training plans and internal promotion
TPPRC believes that training is one of the principal tools to strengthen its competitiveness. The annual objectives of all employees include taking a series of training courses in order to maximize their work.
TPPRC strives to propose courses that are adapted to the needs of each employee, from the group integration course to the work life course. This allows us to guarantee that we will maintain a high level ofcompetencies, thus facilitating evolution. All employees may receive training adapted to their needs: skilldevelopment, experience sharing, group value distribution. The teaching focus is adapted to the geographical area or the various occupations: job training, camaraderie, tutoring or transferring knowledge to local populations.
