Official Rules - TotalEnergies Sweepstakes

Facebook does not sponsor, endorse, or otherwise relating to this Sweepstakes.

The TotalEnergies draw begins on October 21, 2022 and ends on October 28, 2022.

Eligibility: Eligible to participate in this sweepstakes are persons over18 years of age, who are legal residents of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The Sweepstakes is limited to the geographic area of Puerto Rico and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Employees and/or family members of Lopito, Ileana & Howie, and TotalEnergies Marketing Puerto Rico Corp. are not eligible. as well as their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, employees, directors, directors, agents, distributors, and representatives.

Prizes: One (1) prize of one (1) TotalEnergies gift card, valued at $100, will be awarded during the Sweepstakes period.  The prize is not transferable, redeemable in cash, nor may it be substituted in whole or in part for any other consideration. The gift card will be redeemable in TotalEnergies fuel, purchases at Bonjour convenience stores, and purchases of Quartz lubricants and services at Quartz Rapid Oil Change centers. Any obligations of the promoters of the Sweepstakes with the winners of the prizes will be and will be fully satisfied at the time of delivery and/or consumption of the prize.

How to Enter: To enter, people must complete the dynamic of finding the keywords mentioned in the Facebook post, take a screenshot where the words are marked, and post it as one (1) comment on the contest post.

Participants will have until October 28, 2022, at 4:00 pm to participate. All participations, as well as the data mentioned therein, will be the exclusive property of the promoters and none will be returned. No purchase or payment is required to participate and receive the prize.

Selection of Winners: On October 28, 2022, at 5:30 pm, one (1) winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected. The winner will be selected at random, by electronic tombola. In addition, five (5) alternate winners will be selected.

Notifications and requirements: The winner will be notified no later than 3:00 pm on October 31, 2022, by private comment.

The winner will have until November 2, 2022, at 5:00 pm to claim the prize and notify their contact information and mailing address. If the winner is not available or eligible, the prize will be awarded to the first alternate winner, and so on. The prize will be sent by certified mail to the postal address provided by the winner or may be collected at the offices of TotalEnergies Marketing Puerto Rico Corp., located at Millennium Park Plaza, #15 Calle 2, Suite 525 00968, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico on a previously agreed date and time. Representatives will not be accepted.

Relays: As a requirement of acceptance of the prize, the winner must sign an Advertising Release and Release of Liability. Failure to act by these rules will result in disqualification and the award of the prize to the next alternate winner. By participating, each participant agrees to hold harmless Lopito, Ileana & Howie, or, TotalEnergies Marketing Puerto Rico., as well as any other promoter, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, employees, administrators, directors, agents and representatives, and hold them harmless from any loss, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including, without limitation, personal injury,  and property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy arising directly or indirectly from the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use or abuse of any prize. Each entrant understands and agrees that the parties are not and cannot be liable for any express or implied warranties or representations, de facto or by law, relating to the Sweepstakes or its prizes, including but not limited to its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Taxes and Encumbrances: The prize will be delivered free of taxes or encumbrances. Any taxes or contributions involved in accepting, receiving, or using the prize will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Changes and amendments: The promoters reserve the right to change the start and end dates of the Draw and to modify the rules and prizes offered if unforeseeable circumstances, beyond their control or their control make it necessary, always by applicable legal regulations.

Official Rules: In the event of any discrepancy between the content of these Official Rules and the content of advertising and/or promotional material issued for Sweepstakes, the content of these Official Rules shall prevail. Anyone wishing to obtain a copy of these Official Rules may do so free of charge at the promoters' offices.
